Warranty 

Every piece of MH Jewellery comes with 6 month warranty that covers all manufacturing faults from the date of purchase. All manufacturing faults will gladly be repaired at no cost during this period. Please contact me at hello@momokohatano.com for repairs. 

Manufacturing faults do not include - everyday wear and tear, damage caused by inappropriate use such as rough handling, negligence and exposure to chemicals and heat, work done to the item by another jeweller / person, bent or broken prongs / earring posts from wear, scratched or misshapen rings from wear, cracked or lost gems from wear and mishandling and lost items.

Fine jewellery, like anything else requires regular service and maintenance. As MH Jewellery pieces are designed to last generations, please return it for a service and clean regularly. If your item features precious gems, please return for service yearly incase the setting may require tightening. Depending on the nature of the service this may incur a fee.
