1. Orders & Payment

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Full payment is required before production begins for online purchases.

Custom and made-to-order pieces require a non refundable 50% deposit before production begins or full payment of the gemstone.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are non refundable once production starts or gemstone sourcing is finalised.
2. Production & Shipping

Most pieces are made to order and take 2–4 weeks to complete.

Shipping times vary depending on location. Tracking will be provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in its original condition.

Custom and personalised pieces such as special sizing cannot be exchanged or refunded.
4. Repairs & Warranty

We offer free repairs for any faults due to craftsmanship within 6 months of purchase.

Repairs due to wear and tear or accidental damage may incur a fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for repairs.
5. Materials & Care

We use Australian and recycled precious metals wherever possible.

To maintain your jewellery, avoid exposure to water, chemicals, and impact.
