  • All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • Full payment is required before production begins for online purchases.

  • Custom and made-to-order pieces require a non refundable 50% deposit before production begins or full payment of the gemstone.

  • Custom and made-to-order pieces are non refundable once production starts or gemstone sourcing is finalised.

2. Production & Shipping

  • Most pieces are made to order and take 2–4 weeks to complete.

  • Shipping times vary depending on location. Tracking will be provided.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in its original condition.

  • Custom and personalised pieces such as special sizing cannot be exchanged or refunded.

4. Repairs & Warranty

  • We offer free repairs for any faults due to craftsmanship within 6 months of purchase.

  • Repairs due to wear and tear or accidental damage may incur a fee.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for repairs.

5. Materials & Care

  • We use Australian and recycled precious metals wherever possible.

  • To maintain your jewellery, avoid exposure to water, chemicals, and impact.

  • Detailed care instructions are available on our website.

  • We respect your privacy and will never share your personal details with third parties.
