Australian Orders during Christmas period

Due to the high volume of orders during this period, please allow extra days for your delivery to arrive. PLEASE NOTE - If you place your order before the 12th of December 2017 you will receive your items in time for Christmas - any later the items will arrive after Christmas. We are currently offering free shipping within Australia via Australia Post. Please allow 3-10 business days for shipment to arrive for normal periods, during Christmas season please allow extra days. Also please allow extra days for delivery if your address is considered rural or if the item is made to order. If what you have ordered is urgent (ie: birthday / wedding gift) please email me - I will endeavour to process and deliver items as soon as possible. All pieces come in a Momoko Hatano gift box and gift wrapped.

 

 

International Orders during Christmas period

Due to the high volume of orders during this period, please allow extra days for your delivery to arrive. PLEASE NOTE - If you place your order before the 24th of November 2017 you will receive your items in time for Christmas - any later the items will arrive after Christmas. A flat rate of AU $25 postage fee applies for International orders via Australia Post Registered International Shipping. Please allow 5 - 15 working days for shipment during normal periods and extra days during Christmas season. For some pieces that are made to order or if your address is considered to be rural please allow extra days for delivery. All pieces come in a Momoko Hatano gift box and gift wrapped. International shipments may be subject to import duties and tax once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs are the responsibility of the recipient and we do not have control of these charges. Please contact your customs office for information. 

 

Disclaimer

We do not take responsibility for loss or damage to the product once it has been dispatched in good condition. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left the studio or due to any circumstances beyond our control.

 

Returns

If an item is defective and unfit for use we will gladly replace it, however we do not offer exchanges for a change of mind or for custom made pieces. Returns must be within 7 days of receiving the products and must be in its original condition. We cannot offer exchanges on earrings due to health and safety regulations.
